    Unlike the person below me I found the staff to very helpful, going well out of there way to help me and my wife pick the best custom option for my house. The staff was very knowledgeable in complex jobs along with simple installs. I would use Carmen's in the futures for jobs big and small.

    Can't think 'Out of the Box': They did a wonderful job on a straightforward cleaning job 2 years ago. I would use them for any simple, traditional window treatment. But not for anything out of the ordinary.

    The staff are rigid in their communications with customers. When asked about insulating drapes they said, "oh, yeah, we use the special stuff." When asked what the special stuff was, no one could say what material was in it or how it was constructed.
