I purchased a Groupon for a shellac manicure and regular pedicure, and have been trying to contact Wish Nails at the number provided for 2 weeks to make an appointment. I either have to leave a voicemail (none of my calls have been returned) or the voicemail box is full. So now it looks like I will be out the $35 I spent...what a waste! In my opinion, small businesses that cannot handle the extra traffic that Groupon brings in should not try to be a part of it. Disappointment and waste of money.
Wish I would've read this BEFORE I bought a groupon from them today!! I had the same issue with no one answering.... Going to try to get my groupon refunded.
I was in last weekend using a Groupon for a Shellac manicure and regular pedicure. Joyce was extremely personable and friendly. However, if you are looking for a true spa experience, this is not your place. For the pedicure she did not even use a pumice stone on my feet and cut my mails unevenly, some at angles. She took personal phone calls during the process and does not have a true pedicure chair. Instead, I had to rest my feet in her lap (awkward). As for the manicure she rushed through it because she did not use proper time management and she had another client appointment. She smudged my one nail and then didn't even properly fix it. She used an uneven coat of the clear polish. Overall, Joyce was pleasant, but i am simply willing to spen more money for the job done right.
I had my first experience with Shellac Nails more than a week ago at Wish Nails, and they are still shiny and perfect! I went there because Cleveland Magazine listed it as "Top Manicurist" in Cleveland. Now I know why. I highly recommend this place.
