Sales tactics of Bob Lewis, sales Manager: The salesman I dealt with was nothing but professional, Rohan Podar. his sales manager made him look bad. I received an auto generated e-mail from Rick Case regarding their "We'll beat any price or give you $500" price guarantee. I had two competing quotes via e-mail for a 2007 civic. On 9/12/06 I was told by Rohan that they would accept an e-mail quote.I shared them with Rick Case Honda on 9/13 and Sales Manager Bob Lewis decided they would not honor them unless I got a complete dealer order written as proof. No other dealer makes this "match or beat" price guarantee in writing yet every other dealer I went to honored the e-mail price quote I had and countered the offer. I ended up buying elsewhere as I will not support a business that misrepresents itself in a less than honest fashion. I would rate this an awful experience but I need to repeat, Rohan, my sales contact was very professional. I recommend Park Honda, Sunnyside Honda and College Hills Honda to everyone. They honor their word.

If you are wondering about me going after the $500... "I did not give them a written contract to counter, therefore I never gave them a chance to match or beat the price". I hope I prevent others from this type of experience by sharing my story.
