User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsOk, this was our second time there a couple of weeks ago on a Saturday and I am just cooling down about the LOUSY service. Our server took 15 minutes to bring our water for starters. Then another 15 minutes for our drinks. After taking our dinner orders she disappeared., 3 of our 4 orders arrived 45 minutes later. We tried asking another waitress to please fill our empty water glasses. She disappeared also. Another server asked us if we needed anything and was nice enough to fill our water glasses and said he would check on our servers where abouts. Anyway, the Patronizing Manager ended up coming over with the "I'm Sorry" routine.
We told him the situation.. Our drinks at least should have been taken off
the Tab but NO! We will not eat there again!
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsOk place to dine. Food is slightly above average. Service was good. The menu however is Red Lobster's (they own BB) version of island food and I was disappointed at the selection. I live in Nassau part time and this is nothing like Bahamian food.
