    Helpfull with a Capital "H": This is my favorite Borders. Every staff member is friendly, helpful, courteous and well informed about their store.

    I was shopping at another location and decided to make my purchase there......never again. I actually left my purchases on the counter as there was no one to check me out. I returned to Severance and they apologized for the other store an helped me recreate my purchase.

    In every instance the staff has gone out of their way to help me. Keep up the great work!
