    called several times to see if the carried an sd card for my camera
    disconnected, left on hold listening to music, noone ever answered
    decided to take the 45+ minute drive
    to find several employees in each dept sitting around
    several cashiers with no customers sitting around
    and NO they did not have the card needed for my camera
    very poor customer service
    won't be back, very dissapointed, :(

    About two years after I bought my computer there, I started having some start-up issues. I didnt buy the stores "Extended Warranty". I brought my computer there to be looked at the "The Geek Squad". I called the next day to see if they had pinpointed the problem yet. "We havent had a chanc to look at it yet." O.K.
    I give them another day. Next day, same answer. Finally on the THIRD day I drove there to rescue my computer from its captors and was informed that "Its the motherboard. It'll be about 250-300 dollars to fix." Hah! Yeah right. I took my computer and gave it to a lady I worked with who let her son look at it. It was the power-pack on the CPU. He fixed it for 28$!!!! I almost felt like going back there and punching someone in the throat. I would buy their products becasue they usually do have the best prices, but WOULD NEVER buy their warranties or get something serviced there. A previous poster was correct when he stated it seems like its run by a bunch of teenagers. Bad news all the way around.

    shitty customer service. worst in the business. it seems like its run by a bunch of kids.
