User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsthis isn't one of the best bk's around. on 2 consecutive drive thru visits, in the 6pm hour, they have shorted the order, and have found hair in the fry box. if you complain to manager, usually tells you to come back with your reciept, but that will only work if they give you the reciept. if my wife and i get a urge for bk again, will go to berea instead.
