This store is a rip off.

Purchased a robe and cotton dress for my wife for mothers day. She opened the gift and discovered a tear and small holes in the dress. She liked the dress so I went immediately to exchange it. The sales person looked at the dress and saw the defect. I tried to exchange it for the same color but they did not have it so I chose another color. Since my wife liked it I told the salesperson I wanted another three dresses in different colors and two more robes for a total of $450.00.
The owner "Sandy"came from the back. The sales person had already completed the transaction and I had the bags on the floor on my side of the counter. The salesman asked her to look at the damaged dress. The owner without knowing I had purchased three additional dresses and the two robes took one look at the dress then sniffs it and told me she was not taking the dress back because it had been worn and smelled like smoke. I had smoked a cigar on the way to the mall with the dress in the bag.

I told here that the dress was damaged and unless she planned to resale the damaged dress the smoke was irrelevant. She then shouted at me and said that that the dress was not sold in that condition and I was lying about the damage and still refused to give me credit. I then pulled the bags of my new purchases up and told her that I wanted to return what I had just bought.

She then said she did not like my "tone" and was "calling the police". I was upset but I had just been called a lair but at no time used any foul language or do anything but state may case. While I was waiting for the refund on the new purchases she told me again she did not like my tone and picked up the phone and threatened to call the police if I continued to argue.

Lets face it Sandy you just hated the fact that I was a smoker and dared to enter your self-righteous Yoga world and you started to berate me before even knowing the facts.

I have stopped the credit card purchased for the damaged goods.
