Where's The Service?: Whatever happened to customer service. Has it died. I am leasing a 2005 Malibu. I've had it for a little less than a year. I have already had a reoccuring problem with the CD player and door latches. But the reason I'm writing this review is because of the hours of operation for the service department. They are only available M-F during business hours, and will not offer you a loaner for any repairs or services that may take longer. Since there are no appointments even an oil change can take forever.
Please bring back the days when pleasing customers was your goal. Getting service on a car that's pratically brand new, shouldn't be so hard.
I am giving this dealership an OK only because the sales team is pretty good, but then how else can they make their money?
