User Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1 star for awful. If I could, I would give it 0 stars. They were closed for 2 weeks and refuse to refund my money. It was not my fault they were closed! The owner is never there because she has a day job. Teenagers are running the business but they do not have the knowledge or authority to do anything. They are NEVER open the hours that are posted. They do not have an answer machine nor do she return phone calls when I leave messages with the employees. The beds are unkept and I got shocked using them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

THE WORST BUSINESS IVE EVER DEALT WITH! I don't know how this place stays in business! I made the mistake by purchasing a multi-month package as a brand new customer so I'm stuck until the package runs out. On SEVERAL occasions I've gone during POSTED business hours and they were CLOSED! I guess they like to close early and "hope" noone shows up! and I also must mention they don't open on time either! Locked UP! No one answers their phone if the business is closed during business hours, not even a complimentary voice mail or answering machine...The place is HORRID. I've been in the same room twice in one week and my garbage is still in the same trash bag. Laying in the beds you can really focus on the uncleanliness! Dirt and dust all over the walls, the beds are OLD, some are cracked and I've been "Poked" many times by the beds just laying there. WHO painted the walls in the rooms? It goes to show the laziness in running this business - when they painted, they left the beds in place and painted the walls around them! Besides the ugly asthetics of the place I'm pretty sure there is underage employment going on too.
One day I walked in and a guy/boy/friend of worker was SMOKING A CIGARETTE in the main "reception" area!. Are you kidding me?
Spend an extra few bucks to go somewhere else. I've had to go to another tanning salon and pay extra just to tan for the evening because Sundail tanning decided not to be open when their hours are clearly posted on the door. You'll end up spending more for your tan anyway!.
DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY, UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE MINDED! THIS PLACE WILL BE UNDER SOON! I GAURENTEE IT! -

It is such a shame that this tanning salon was sold to the newest owner. It has changed owners 3 times in the last 2 years. The first 2 owners were great very nice and clean. Now it smells like cigarette smoke all the time. When I leave my clothes smell like cigarette smoke and her little kids are running around screaming. This place has really gone down hill. It is too bad because I like supporting the small local businesses. I WILL NOT BE GOING THERE ANYMORE!!

I am very sorry to hear this about Sundial. Sundial used to be my tanning salon !! I am the previous owner who sold it back in 2006 after owning & operating it for 3 wonderful years !! I took great pride in my business & was very devoted to my customers & it's wonderful to know that I made a difference in my customer's eyes !! It was a wonderful business endeavor for me throughout those 3 years !! Thank You !!
