User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsthis dealer is amazing! they had almost every employee working for five hours trying to get me just what i wanted. i had little credit so they had called everyone to get me approved without a co-signer and after hours of hard work they were able to get me approved and i drove home in my new car! they took care of us very well. they even bought us food while we were waiting! it was a great day and a great experience!

Called sale department to make offer on a used car for 2 days with NO call back. Is it a wonder GM is in the shape they are. Dont waste your time with this dealer.

Serpentini Chevrolet of Strongsville is not the place to purchase youre next Car, was left in lot for more than 10 minutes,while salesman went to talk to his boss.Was ignored , this was RUDE WAY TO TAKE CARE OF A CUSTOMER ! WILL let every person i talk to
