We just flew US Airways to Puerto Rico from Cleveland and had a horrible experience. The check-in counter at San Juan had rude workers and they pulled us from being NEXT to the end of another line to wait LONGER with an infant. We finally get up to check-in and the guy was ignorant and impatient with US after WE waited for 3 hours in line. Our flight was 2 hours late causing us to reschedule our 2nd flight. The flight attendant lied about available drinks (as the cart went by they had lots of what we asked for but she said they were out). We were made to switch seats 2 times on one flight, one for a handicapped passenger and another for safety accomodations. They should've known as soon as we got on. The male flight attendant from Charlotte to Cleveland was the nicest flight attendant ever, it's a shame he works for them.
