Needs a "Unique" touch!: I love this store,the atmosphere is peaceful, and it can also be exciting seeing all the variety in the merchandise.To make yours,the perfect place to be,would be to add a specialty cake shoppe(mine!)in with your snack shop.A cake for all the occasions your wonderful store offers.Picture it! a Dora birthday party,you supply everything needed for decorating,including the doll, and I supply the Special Cake.I would love to come in and show you some pictures of my work. So very true...the "managment" sets a very poor example and takes advantage of their so called power...VERY unprofessional...things that should be kept confidential aren't ...and the turnover rate is too high to be a coincidence...hr should look into that..firing & hiring is a game to them...(its rare that they keep an employee after their 90 day probation ...probably so that they dont have to give a raise)...The way they speak to the employees is a disgrace and they should be reported (however, the young and those who have no other alternative don't)I definetely would recommend Wal-mart across the street to invest money with..they deserve it more than that particular target location!!!!
