User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI wouldn't put this on your list. If you lose your job and have to pay rent late a couple months, they will charge what ever amount you save from the special you get when you move in. So I paid 76.00 plus what ever 10% of my rent was. They ripped us off. I wouldn't live here. I'm moving out as we speak. They only care about there pockets and not there residents. I've lived here for a year and I'm getting out.

well duh! That's standard practice and any apartment complex is going to do that regardless of who you are and what your financial situation is. If you didn't like it, you should've have signed the lease.
