User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis restaurant should be on Kitchen Nightmares unfortunately. I love Mexican food so much and couldn't wait to try one close by. Before we got a menu I used the rest room which was extremely dirty- the ceiling was falling in above the urinal. I've been used to Cozumel in Independence where they take pride in every part of the restaurant. Then we got chips and salsa and there was a plastic spoon in the salsa. Small- but it felt cheap. Then we got the menu and I couldn't believe how expensive everything was. $13.00 for enchiladas- REALLY?! We're obviously not paying for a clean bathroom or needless spoons for salsa. Cozumel meals are around $7.00 as are most Mexican restaurants. I'm fine paying that much- but it better be big and special like something from Don Pablos. It wasn't. It was normal- just like any other Mexican Restaurant. The rice was flavorless, the beans were flavorless. The enchilada was very good- great cheese in that. I would have been happy paying $5-6.00 for the meal nothing more. If the meal was that price- I probably would give it a higher star. If they price their food like upscale Mexican- than everything about the experience better be upscale. From greeting to chips to the bathroom to the food. Something better be memorable and worth coming back for. I'm fine with a relaxed atmosphere- it's what I usually expect in a Mexican restaurant- but I get what I pay for. Here, I got far less than what I paid for in every aspect. My wife and I were so disappointed. I love Mexican food and am always asking to go out for Mexican and couldn't believe the price compared to the overall experience. Something has to give- either lower your prices way down- or bring up everything else- including the food to justify the price. Right now- we will never, never go back there again.

This was the nastiest, most disappointing, over priced Mexican food I've ever had. I ordered to go and threw it out when I got home. I ordered pizza.

The place is very nice, but the food is something we never want to try again. Sorry, for writing a bad review, but we came here based on the good reviews from yahoo, so to be fair we give our honest opinion.
