User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAwesome Experience! At a BMV, who new they could be helpful!?! I was having a horrible day, my wallet was just stolen and after fighting with all of the credit card companies, I was not looking forward to standing in line and arguing with the BMV to get my license replaced. When I walked in I was near my breaking point. But the helpful and courteous staff in Maple Heights quickly and calmly walked me through the process. The line moved very quickly and I was out of the building in a matter of minutes. I felt like I had a million stupid questions about my replacement card and worries about losing my old license, but the deputy registrar answered them all personally for me. Not what I was expecting at all. Way to go Maple Heights!!!!
