Great beer, food, ambience and sooooo affordable! Best value in town!

It DOESN'T get any better: What a gem this place is and I'm so glad I live close. First, it's 2 places in one....a smokehouse restaurant in front with your choice of brews (vary daily to what they've brewed...16 or so choices) and keep in mind food-wise...they're a SMOKEHOUSE. When you go, DO NOT MISS ANY of their pulled pork meals...from the burrito and pulled-pork sandwich to their BBQ Spaghetti (my wife's favorite...it sounds odd, but it tastes great!). And the wings...they're smoked! WOW!

Now, the back of the place...it's a brew pub...for us novices! They have about 7 copper kettles and all the ingredients needed. They have about 50 different recipies to choose from. Make your appointment, gather up some friends and brew your own (do "research" first to pick a beer you like)! It's a blast and the employees are extremely helpful...they all seem to really enjoy their jobs. 6 of us guys in the neighborhood just brewed 3 batches (a batch is guaranteed to produce at least 72 22oz. bottles) and we all got 1 case (12ea.) of each flavor! You purchase the bottles the first brew trip and they're yours from then out. 2 weeks later, you're back to bottle!

Overall, it's a great place...get there early though...lines form nearly every night of the week. Enjoy!
