User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsShopped prices of many competitors, including my wholesale club, and Leopold was the cheapest. $75 cheaper on a set of 4 than the local chain a block away. Price quoted over the phone was the actual price, and done faster than estimated. 4 new tires and alignment in 45 minutes. I was very impressed, and highly recommend them. I am a resident of Stow, and was glad I could support a local business, especially since it was the best deal I could find.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy tires had been put on incorrectly by another tire dealer the last time I had them rotated. That dealer told me he couldn't get the lug nuts off because "somebody" had put them on too tightly. I took them over to Leipold Tire and they worked for 25 minutes to get them off, which they did. They didn't charge me anything extra for all the time they spent. Carl Lee there really knows his trade and is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet.
