I have been going to Transition Hair Studio since I was 13 years old. Debi the owner cuts my hair and other members of her staff provide me with spa services. I love how people are on here bad mouthing this salon, which let me tell you all the bad comments are untrue. My most recent major encounter with Transitions was for my wedding. Debi came in an hour early along with her entire staff to do my wedding party and my hair. My hair looked fabulous as did ALL of my bridemaids. Debi was also my onsite coordinator (she attended wedding and reception) to ensure that my hair and my girls was PERFECT! Debi has come in on numerous occasions when the salon is not even open to do my hair (New Year's Eve, etc.). I have told friends about Transitions and they are now clients of Sarah and Lauren. I would not go anywhere else to get my hair done. When I enter Transitions I never know what I am going to get done because I 100% trust Debi, which is what every client should do to their stylist, and I know she will not do something I would regret. An example of this was that I had it set in my mind that I wanted my hair chemically straightened and Debi sat down with me and took her time to explain the pros and cons of doing this to my hair. In the end I decided not to, now what kind of salon would care about you like that! I know that people are on here writing bad reviews but these are jealous peeople who really need to get a life and that really need to run their own businesses/lives and not bad mouth others for their success. I will take my kids to Transitions to their kids.
you can't please them all can you?? everyone has there opinion... my hair has been done there when i was a baby and now im 24 and i still get my hair done by debbi and i never had a problem.
This place is the absolute worst! I am new to the area, and Transitions was a close, easy option. The owner is the one who cut my hair, and it was terrible. I am a 28 year old man, and all I wanted was a simple fade. When she was finished I was ready to attend a Scorpions concert with my new starter mullet. Needless to say, I purchased some clippers and shaved my head. Unfortunately this was in February. I hope anyone who may be interested in getting their haircut at Transitions think twice before letting their staff ruin your hair. I would only recommend this place to people I don't like.
