User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI purchased a used 2002 Acura from from this dealership. at the time of purchase they sold me an extended warranty. Within a few days I discovered that it had a bad transmission. we notified the warranty company who in return refused to pay for this repair.I was out the price of the policy, plus $ 4300.00 for said repair. They did cancel this policy, and a month later I am still waiting for the return of my money. I also found out they are still selling this extended warranty to their customers. Shame on you Rick Roush Honda of Medina.

We have purchased three cars from Rick Roush Honda located on Rt 18 in Medina, OH from salesman, Keith Haas. He is by far the best salesman we have ever worked with. The last car we bought (10/07) had some problems and instead of the dealership saying well to bad for you, there was no warranty. They have stood behind the car and are taking care of all our needs. This is exceptional in this industry. This car is for my daughter and Keith continues to call to make sure everything is going okay and shows genuine care on the outcome. He has treated her as if she were his own daughter. They are truly remarkable. We are grateful for their caring, responsible service and will definitely buy more cars from them in the future.

i purchased a 1991 plymouth acclaim a couple weeks ago and have had nothing but trouble with it, on the way home from the dealers the car kept stopping like it was out of gas and the brake pedal kept going to the floor...i have had to put new brake lines on it and a new fuel filter and now i have to take it to the shop again for a gas problem...i called the dealer and they said it was sold as is...what a joke, i will never purchase another car from there again and would not reccommed this dealer to anyone, it was a wonder i made it home in the first place, we have had to put an additional 1000.00 in the car that cost over 1300.00 to begin with...just thought the public would like to know

We purchased one of their as is cars and had great luck with it. They tell you right up front that these cars are AS IS! You can't even drive them off the lots. You are taking the risk, but are getting them for a great price. Everyone knows that you usually have to put some money into a used car that has either high miles or is older. You were naive. We have since purchased 2 other cars from them that were not AS IS vehicles and they have stood behind them completely.
