User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsTo anyone who doesnt know about dirt bikes beware of the salesmen and the service center. We purchased a dirt bike for our grandson the salesman told us about how great it was and DEPENDABLE. Well he has had it for one year and has only rode it maybe 10 times due to repairs. It was horribly built. The service dept ordered two parts in the spring and after repeated calls we still dont have the parts. I will never buy or recomend anyone to purchase anything from this company.

I have purchased several bikes from State Eight, each time I buy a bike I always compare other dealerships for new price trade and service. I have not been able to get a better buy anywhere. On my latest purchase I saved $4000 on a new bike with a trade compared to another dealership. They are great people.

Horrible: This was my 1st experienece purchasing a brand new bike. It was the worst experience ever. I purchased a brand new bike for about 7 grand. The salesman wheeled it off the showroom floor and said it would take the service dept. about 20 min. to clean it up and get ready for me to ride home. This being my first bike off the showroom floor I was very excited to get it and go. Well 4 hours passed as i grew frustarated. I approaced everyone asking where my new bike was and no one could help me. Finally i was furious and the manager said they could not find the juice for the battery. After raising my voice he stated he gave me a brand new $100 dollar battery. Shouldnt my battery have been new anyway with a brand new bike? I took the bike home and 2 weeks later found a defective screw and what do you know. My bike sat at the dealership for 2 weeks while the service dept. placed the wrong order for my bike and then they told me I had to pay for the part plus pay 60 plus dollars an hour for service. I will never get my bike serviced and I tell everyone i know never to go to state 8 for anything. All the service people are complete lazy slackers. They take forever to service your bike and it is the worst customewr service I have ever recieved.
