My wife and I are very happy with our 08 T&C mini van. Terry our salesman was awesome. He found the color and the options we wanted and gave us a great deal. Steve, the mechanic, was also great. He resolved any recall items quickly and painlessly. We even recived a loaner car! Richard in parts was also helpful. He found an item I needed for my owner's manual. In short, I would ONLY go to Brunswick for both purchasing as well as servicing your Chrysler product.
WENT TO BRUNSWICK AUTOMALL ON 5 -18 -09 JUST TO BROWSE FOR A JEEP. RAY RUIZ SHOWED ME SOME JEEPS AND LET ME TAKE ONE TO DINNER. MY WIFE AND I FELL IN LOVE WITH IT BUT COULD NOT AFFORD IT. RAY WORKED A DEAL FOR ME AND I AM THE HAPPY OWNER OF A BEAUTIFUL 2009 JEEP. THANK YOU RAY AND ALL THE PEOPLE AT BRUNSWICK AUTO MART. Took an overnight test drive and made no promises, when I returned the vehicle I decided it was not for me, they would not return my car and said that I had made a "verbal agreement" to purchase the vehicle by taking it on a test drive. The police were needed to handle the situation and even they were met with much hostility. I was shocked at this unprofessionalism and will never return. I am writing this to let all consumers be aware. You are welcome to make your own decisions but I do not reccommend this business to anyone. not surprised to hear your story. Had a salesman successfully mess with the figures and may I add I'm great at math and got an extra 1500 dollars out of me. I was very lucky to get it back the next day after speaking to all the head honchos there, but it took several hours and me crying. These people can be sneaky depending on who you deal with. Be very careful, especially if your trading in a car, thats how it happened to me. Funny this salesman was talking about how religious and caring he is , what a much of B.S. I still believe people like that get what they deserve one day.
