I am having a similar experience only not on the same scale. I traded the van that I bought at courtesy 4 months ago. I am due a refund from courtesy for the extended warranty that I purchased. I have been told on several occasions that it is sitting on the managers desk for approval. I guess this guy doesn't work much since I have been waiting for 4 months. I am currently awaiting a return call from the manager (not holding my breath!!). My advice would be DO NOT BUY FROM COURTESY!!!!!!

I wouldn't advise my dog to buy a wagon from these guys. They don't honor their warranties and their customer service leaves alot to be desired after you purchase your car. I don't see this car dealership lasting too much longer.

08/29/2008 My wife and I had the EXACT same experience!! We bought a van in May and they FINALLY paid off the trade for our old vehicle in July, which in turn bounced!! We are still being hounded by the old creditor and we have hired an attorney to sue the **** out of these people - it appears that this dealership is on the verge of bankruptcy as there are very few cars in the lot at this time. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!
