User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDon't waste your time stopping here - I did and ended up regretting it. Nice new facility in Montville but it is an empty shell lacking a competent staff unaware of the most basic internal procedures. Drive to Streetsboro and avoid this poorly managed mess.

I agree, the service dept is highly unprofessional. I'm not sure if there is any trained tech's there. Terrible expereince...if they plan to survive in this area they have to train their staff on basics.
