great products, fair prices, and Diane is very kind and helpfull!
I recently ordered a cake, cupcakes, and cookies from Diane's for my wedding. I sampled the cake, so I knew it how it would taste. She told me she would have a sample of a cookie, but she didn't. I figured since the cake was good the cookies would be too. Well, I was sadly mistaken. I could not serve the cookies. I had several people taste them, thinking I was being Bridzila. I did not get one positive comment. The comments ranged from they are very dry to they have no taste. One of my friends scrambled to get cookies the next morning from another baker. I saved the cookies, thinking she would refund my money. Originally, when I called she told me she was going to refund the money, but she called the next day saying she would only refund half.
So, the cakes are good, the cookies are EXTRA dry, and most importantly, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
Wonderful store!: This is my favorite supply store in the area. Lots of items that cannot be found at other stores, great selection, great prices, and Diane is so nice and answers all of my questions!

I am a friend of the bride, and while I was not impressed with the quality of the cookies (and they did not look they way they were suppose to), I was not impressed AT ALL with the customer service she received. My friend tried to explain she didn't have time to bring the cookies back to her (on her wedding day), and Diane shared that my friend's schedule was of no concern to her. Hmm I would think you would want to keep the customer happy, especially if you were providing baked goods for their wedding, and a bad attitude is all she can give the customer?
