I bought a car from Lambert few months ago and the service was excellent. I knew what i wanted when i walked in. Gabe was my sales person and he was very patient and helped me thru with my purches. I will recommend this dealership and the sales person.

Wasn't sure how to rate this, but I think it's definitely a lot better than other car dealerships. I have been recently car shopping for several months. I have been to places that have called me every single day to see if I was buying a car from them, even though I said I was just looking. There was even a place that would not tell me exactly what car he had, just that I need to come in because he has a car that I would like. He refused to tell me what car until I came in! And when they did tell me what car, I came in that day and they would say it was sold and then show me a more expensive car and push that on me. The guy made me drive a car I knew I wouldn't like, and for a week pushed that car on me even though I didn't like how it drove. And someone else from that company also yelled at me and said I was disrespectful because she was looking up cars for me and I looked at another dealership instead of instantly buying from them! Another car place called us 15 minutes into our test drive and started yelling that we needed to come back because other people needed to test drive since they only had 2 license plates. Then when reviewing a car the guy said to just go on ebay because they don't sell cars there, only on ebay! Crazy!

So compared to that place, and others I visited, Lambert is definitely the best. I went there 3 times to visit and it was strange that as soon as I parked no-one bombarded me. But it was nice. I once pulled into a place to turn around and while still driving, 3 salesman started charging at my car asking me questions. That definitely turned me away from them. Another thing I like from Lambert is that they don't overload your phone. Other places would call and email constantly trying to push things on me. And I HATE that. I will not go back to a place if they call me more than two times a week. Lambert never bombarded me with phone calls. And they only showed me cars I was interested in. They wouldn't push a car I didn't like. And after looking at one car, the salesman found another car that was the same price but more reliable and with less miles on it.

The only thing to look out for is the price. It's a good price, really. I just got a great deal on my car I bought there last week. But they don't go down on price (though their prices are already below Kelley Blue Book). And in my instance, my car was listed as $500 cheaper on their website than in person. Mine was an "Internet Special" Price, and other cars weren't like that, so it may have just been a special promotion that I stumbled upon. So check online and then check in person. The other two times I went there that wasn't the case, though.

So overall- Good place to go if you don't like the stereotypical car salesmen. They all seem really nice here. But the only other complaint is that the Receptionist likes to forward away without any concern if the person is not in the office or not. Which can be frustrating at times.
