    Fran is a very good agent. She made sure we knew just what we were signing and I felt she really looked out for our best intrest. Fran has also lived in Rittman for over 20yrs if not all her life so she knows Rittman and she knows the other real estate agents. She was the agent for my house, that I was selling, in prior sales so she already had paperwork and figures and knew just how to market my house. It sold in about 3 months! Thanks Fran!
