User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI tried to renew my handicapped parking permit by mail, ended up with everything being returned to me because the name on the app was my legal name, name on drs prescription was my nickname. Contacted the Fairlawn office for directions, I believe I spoke with Steve, he was very helpful and polite. So were all of the people there, young girl with short dark hair handled my app and took care of me in less than 10 minutes. Wanted to write a review to counteract the negative review posted.

This location has a whole new staff from what they had in the past. I have had very pleasant experiences with the current staff (friendly and professional); however, I would have to agree with "a Yahoo!Local User"...at the time of his/her posting on 10/13/06 he/she stated the staff "lacks customer service skills and staff always rude". This statement is 100% TRUE!! The staff during this time were downright unprofessional and RUDE to say the least! I am so glad they are no longer there! Now I don't have to drive way across town to the Barberton BMV anymore...although the Barberton staff has always been very nice and professional...it's just too far of a drive.
