User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsIn the few occasions I have brought items in I have interrupted the 17yr old manager's cigarette break. (in the store) I needed some pants pressed and over and over had to send them back because they were given to me with wrinkles.
The unapologetic manager's excuse for why they were wrinkled is because they are cotton (good information to know before you pay in advance. Perhaps if they could not do the job they should not have taken them and my pre-payment in the first place.) Then I asked for my money back. But she refused stating that she could not issue a refund since they had been sent back so many times. Sound logical?
Why should I have to pay for a job NOT done.
I wish I could up load images so I could show what an awful job they do.
RATED WORST IN AKRON-- DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS

I have been going to Cavalier for twenty years and am shocked by this review. The previous manager, Joyce, was absolutely the most dear and sweet woman but after her death there is a new manager Christy. She has worked for Cavalier for at least six years and is an extremely hard-worker and has great customer service. I always recommend this cleaners to my friends and family.
