Terrible customer service. Such a waste of time. Spent hours over days with on-site chats, e-mails, phone calls to numerous places only to be repeatedly forwarded to someone else. Told numerous things, including nothing's wrong with our bill paying service on line and through phone calls, when there clearly is. Finally talked to someone who knew what he was talking about, as well as someone I could understand, between connections and accents, to find out that other people in my area were having the same problem and that they were working on it. They get paid for their time to take care of such things. I don't. I just waste time and have work pile up. Hours wasted. Ridiculous!
We had an ongoing problem with our phone lines going out from time to time. Finally called a supervisor to tell him get someone up the telephone pole, since not one idiot would do so! The first 5 repairmen kept giving us excuses, just too lazy to climb up the pole! Would not recommend Time Warner.
I was pleasantly surprised with the great customer service and quick repair to my cable service. I called the office on a Monday evening around 9:30 p.m. and was immediately talking to customer service representative. She told me I could expect a TWC serviceman the next day between 4 and 6 p.m. The next day the guy called around 3:50 and was at my home by 4p.m. and immediately diagnosed the problem (severed cable line around new island in the yard) and had service back up within an hour. He was very professional and courteous. Thank you Hubert C. and TWC.
