User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsFoods alright, Not the cleanest place. Alot of shaddy and weird people go in there. If your looking to slum it one night, it would be a ok place to hang out. It is a wonderful place to meet a lot of alternitive lifestyle couples. I meet my life parter there. cheers

Late Night Best: where to go when you only have one stop left? FRANKS PLACE! what a terrific little bar. Awesome service and good prices. some of the food is wonderful! Some cool odd night events make this a place to stop almost any time.
