User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI bought my Toyota Solara from Montrose and could not be happier with the process. David our salesman was very knowledgeable and we felt I got a very good deal. The financing paper process was a breeze. I travelled more than an hour to get there - well worth the trip.

I have purchased my last 2 cars at Montrose Toyota and I'll never go anywhere else. The service they provided me was impecable! The staff always eagerly greets me with a smile and does everything they can to accomodate my needs during my purchase. I even go back to get my car serviced there, and they still provide me with the same, welcoming service. Montrose Toyota will always have my business!

Toyota is fine brand, but Montrose Toyota of Akron, OH is just another car dealer. We discovered a chipped windshield on the trip home after closing the deal. We called them with an hour after leaving the lot to let them know. Since we live over 2 hours away, they told us to have it fixed close to where we live, and to send them bill. After sending them the bill, they reimbursed us for less than half of what it cost us. They also failed to send us the Certified Warranty info for over two months after we asked for it. Overall, they're just another dealer that's nothing more than mediocre.
