    Bought a car for $3,000 I knew it wasn't a great car but I've had the car just over a month and it keeps throwing 2 codes and turning on the CEL. One was a small EVAP leak. I replaced the gas cap 2 days after I ought it, it came on again, I had the system smoke tested and the Leak Detection pump failed. I replaced and it still throws a code. The other code is adealer only code. I bought the car AS-IS, not much I can do about it, but my son can't use it to take his test in becasue of the check engine light. They should not be able to sell a car that won't pass emissions tests.
