User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe Balloon Doctor: The Balloon Doctor in downtown Struthers Ohio is the best decor place around. If you normally go to party max then you will be in for a great treat when you go to the balloon doctor. They do more then just take your order and make it. They will also deliver it, set up for your party, and tear it down. Even better then that, there balloons are the highest quality balloons and are guarenteed to last for a long time. They can honestly do anything you can think of or dream of. I have seen some things they have made, a huge water wall with dolphins going over the waves, 10 foot spongebob, 10 foot Bob the Builder, Noahs Ark, Football Players, anything you can think of! If your not looking for a huge sculpture they have small arrangements or just small things for any occassion imaginable. If you need somewhere to go for any party things then The Balloon Doctor is the best place to go. Your missing out if your not there!!! They are the best for any job.
