    dutchess cleaners/alterations express-austintown: I will never go back to Dutchess Cleaner or Alternations Express-the clerk was rude and ignorant and couldn't seem to understand why I wanted a service that I had paid for done right! She even suggested it was something I could have done myself at home! From now on, I will save myself the money and do it at home.....at least I know it will be done right!

    never willl go back: this was the worst of worst places to take ur clothes. I brought my winter jacket there to be dry cleaned. It was ruined and i wasnt offered anything for it. Thanks but no thanks on this place
