    Don't take your computer get repair at best buy. there no phone calls and they say repair be done it 5-7 days and I'm still wait for my computer. It been 11 1/2 day NO COMPUTER!!!!!!!!

    I'M NEVER GETTING ANYTHING REPAIR OR BUY ANY WARRANT SINCE IT DOESN'T COVER PC TUNE UP AND IT SHOULD FOR OVER 100.00 DOLLARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Horrible service!!! Very discriminative and rude. I know Circuit City is closing but please don't spend your money here they are horrible, the staff is hopeless and they are thieves. I hate Best Buy they suck!!!!!!!! Doesn't even deserve one star.

    Ladies and Gentlemen,I give a 5 stars for all over services and help I received. When I call on the telephone to check on something..I get no answer or it just rings and rings.
