User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsCustomer service is okay but if they tell you your financing is subject to purchasing a warranty don't believe them. Ask to see it in writing from the finance company or the bank (whoever is finacing you). Why would the finance company require you to buy a warranty? This is a common practice of a lot of used car dealers, search the web you will find lots of cases.
