User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis hotel is a fabulous place to stay. They are very accomodating. Every request is answered in prompt fashion and to the guests' satisfaction. Have had numerous functions held at this location and the food is superb, the service is friendly and accomodating and the atmosphere is homey and pleasant. Live in the immediate area and still use their suites for a short get-a-way weekend in the winter to swim in the clean pool and jacuzzi. Very highly recommend this Holiday Inn for anyone staying in the Youngstown area.

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBest Holiday Inn Ever!: This hotel is by far the best in this area! I truely understand why they have won the most customer service awards in their industry by the outstanding service the staff gives. From check-in to check-out you are treated like you are at a five-star luxury hotel. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. The restaurant is also outstanding and serves an amazing chicken francaise. This is definelty the hotel to stay at if you are in the Youngstown area! An amazing experience!
