Citifinancial- can you put - 5 star?: We are picking up the payments for my wifes mothers second mortgage as her pension was cut by 40 percent when her husband passed away. The branch we deal with is Alliance and believe me if the payment is due on the 9th which ours is...no matter when your pay falls the phone calls start on the 1st. In the fall sundes were tight so we made an interest payment and today I was told pay the november payment or an attorney would be called.... month we made 2 payments at the same time and were about 3 dollars off and are still hearing about that... If it was my bill we would be in court for harrassment but since it is an 84 yr old womans we been trying to keep things on the level. After her husband died she was forced to go bankrupt and did not reaffirm this or any note so you would think they would be happy some one is paying it, but no thye harrass us daily for a bill not in my name. If you have a choice find a different lender our experience would make a preacher look to a new vocation.
