User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have been doing business with Redlich for a while now beginning with a new transmission. They were very curtious and generally nice people to deal with. I took my Jeep in for a problem with the 4WD and they fixed it right up and for a extremely reasonable rate!! I really trust them - once they even told me I didn't need a part replaced that my auto mechanic wasn't sure about and they were right - that was a few years ago and no problems to this day. Their honesty and value mean a lot and I will always recommend them!

You get what you pay for: 22 months and 19,000 miles ago I had this place rebuild the transmission of my wife's 1996 Buick Roadmaster with 48,000 miles on it. They were $200 to $300 less than most everybody else in town. I thought good deal. Today the transmission doesn't work and they only warrant their work for 12 months - 12,000 miles so I'm just out luck. They were supposed to have installed new and improved parts other than just what was broken to really make it better than brand new. Just hype? Apparently they do not trust their work and from now on neither will I.
