User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe Yahoo map sent me to Center St in Uhrichsville. The good people of Uhrichsville gave me directions to Center St in Dennison, the actual site of the 'Yard'. It's an Italian restaurant/bar/patio seating. Get the homemade spaghetti if you like homemade doughy pasta with a sweet tomato based olive oil sauce. Incredible. And if you're adventurous, try it with the sausage and fresh peppers (hot or mild). They serve it so high with sausages and a variety of peppers that you can't see the spaghetti. Too much to eat in one setting and all for 8.95. Possibly the best dish I've had on the road in years.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis is mid-America at its best. A beautiful drive through hilly Tuscarawas County to reach a long forgotten town that was once a major hub during the 19th century. Denision Yard has real Italian food at great prices; not franchised pre-cooked, re-heated mush. The home-made spaghetti is outstanding, as well as the Bianca Bread. YUM.
It's worth the drive and usual wait to get a table.-
