User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDO NOT USE THIS VET IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET!! This is not my regular vet but use them occasionally as needed. So I took my dog there.....they misdiagnosed/mistreated my dog and she died....2 years old. We had a necropsy done by my regular vet. They are extremely expensive....they will not treat your dog until you pay a large sum of money. I have seen them turn people away with pets clearly in need of emergency treatment because they didn't have their credit card or a check with them. It was unbelievable. THIS IS NOT A LOCAL BUSINESS, it is owned by a nationally owned company. Oh, and if you know anything about animals and you offer up possibilities of what may be wrong...they will go out of their way to prove you wrong. I have ten years of experience in my breed and make it a point to educate myself and was totally dismissed by the vets at Green....turns out I was right, they were wrong. Oh and after my dog passed away, they gave me a hard time about getting her body back for the necropsy. That tells you something. I have told many people in the community my story and it seems everyone has a horror story involving Green Animal Medical Center. Please shop around for your vet....not all care is equal and if you think you are paying top dollar (which you are) and getting premium service....think again.

The best!!! Love the late appointments, worth the drive from Canton.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe were in the market for a new vet, and after having our friends take their dogs there, we thought we would try them. They have later appointments which really help. And they are much cheaper for emergencies than the "other" place. We love Dr. Beinlich and CJ and Jessica - and the front office staff. We have taken two of our dogs and we got one more on the way - we definetly recommend them - they are great.

I'd say any person who thinks they know more about the animals than the vet needs questioned. There is an old saying, "there are three sides to every story, your side, my side and the truth." That is probably the case here.
