This place was recommended to me by a friend. Maxwell's did a great job. They were nice on the phone and the truck arrived fast. They did everything they could to get my car running right where I had broken down, but when they couldn't they towed me to their shop. They fixed my car there and had it ready the next day. Very reasonable price for repairs and great service.

I was very pleased with this company! Their response time was unbelieveably fast (probably under 10 minutes) and the driver was polite and very knowledgeable about cars. They took good care of my car when towing it and I had no problem picking it up the next day. I just paid, and off I went (my insurance company was a little slow with the reimbursement, but that is not Maxwell's fault). I can't imagine anyone ever being happy about having their car towed, but Maxwell's made the whole ordeal as painless as possible for me. I am actually quite surprised by the negative review I read. I thought all of the people that I encountered were professional and courteous, including the owner. Overall I am a very satisfied customer.

Just wanted to let eeveryone to know dont ever use this company. I didnt have any trouble with the driver or the lady in the shop. About the shop they have moved and it is hard to find the place there is no sign. My car was brought there because of a wreck I thought that since my insurance handled everything I could retreive my belongings that is not true. I had to pay my bill of over 500 dollars I was expecting not to spend the owner needs to learn to treat the public in a more professional manner. It got to the point where he wanted me to sign my title over to him to get my belongings and as I said earlier my insurance company had everything handled. I can keep rambling on about how i was treated but I am sure there are more people out there thats been treated like I have. DO NOT!!! support this man tell whoever you call that you need another towing company. Customers don't need to be treated like this
