User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsreally? you give a very poor rating and say never to take an elderly patient to mercy because one security officer asked you to move your car? you were probably in the wrong area anyways. sooo i guess that means the whole hospital is terrible and will probly kill all elderly people admitted there?? wow get real...mercy staff is great, they explain what they are doing, allow you to make decisions, and truly care about you.

I took my daughter to the ER this morning and I was amazing with the care that she received. They made us feel welcome and not like we were just another pacient. I recommend anyone needing medical help to go there!

I think people should also hear good comments, as they are deserved.
I was in the One Day Surgery on October 6th ,2009. As far as i am concerned the people working there could not have been nicer to me and explained what they were doing as they were doing it. It was also very busy there ,that day ,and they still took there time to make sure i knew what was going to happen next. It was a good experience and i would recommend this hospital ,(Mercy Medical Center) ,to others.
