Muddy Waters Cafe

The coffee is generally pretty good. Lunches are passable - fresh, if uninspired. The best thing going here are the pastries. Yum.

But there are some serious drawbacks. The service is often morose. The espresso drinks are inconsistent. The atmosphere is often depressing - the cafe is underground, rather lifeless - though the decor is nice. The music in the background is barely audible musak. I always take my coffee to go. (Anyway, they charge for a glass of water if you want to sit.)

I rate it two stars going on three. With some work, it could make a nice cafe.

I Love Muddy Waters.
If you are out and about stop in there for Breakfast a Snack or Lunch. Love there Coffee's. on a hot day you might want to get a Capachilo or Iced Coffee.
There Prices are competitive too. Good Food ,Good Coffee,GoodPrices Oh Ya Friendly People

great place for lunch in downtown wooster. great prices and nice portion sizes and Boar's Head meats....Excellent (not sure what Food Guy is talking about). Atmosphere is nice (you can hear yourself think but still have background music) and seems to have a nice bustle (again not sure what time Food Guy was there but everytime I go in it seems pretty busy). Overall great experience. Oh, and FYI - if you need a great morning place they have New York (true) bagels and great breakfest sandwiches....along with the best coffee in town!
