User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsFor a bank to be down to earth, not treat you like a number, offer help when needed and make sure you understand the answers offered is very welcome. The Green Branch is that way. Went in recently to check on best way to reduce interest rate on a small loan. I didn't have to refinance, they just reduced the rate and the fee was minimal. Everyone treats you like family. You feel welcomed and secure they will look out for you. You find the atmosphere relaxed but professional. Every once in a while you have to wait in line but not often. They know their stuff and don't keep you waiting long.
