User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI love this resturant and their food. I recently visited it for a carry out order. I picked up my order and I went home. Mind you I live about 30-35 minutes away but I drove there anyways because I love the food. I got back home and my order was wrong. I called to let them know that I was a little upset about it. They took my info. and I recieved a $5 gift card in the mail when my meal cost me about $20. How is that making things better/right? I took that as a slap in the face and it will be a long time before I go there again.

But my husband and I were there on Dec 7 2007. We were not in any hurry to be seated. We were the first to be seated in a back room of the restaurant. (beside chairs piled) but again that was ok. Then they started to seat a group, to discover we were in the middle of a work Christmas Party that was very loud and spelled of oil. I decided to say something to a waitress as we were leaving, she called a manager I explained what happened to the manager she said ok, all I wanted to hear I am sorry-

Never Again: I've been to a few other Olive Gardens elsewhere and it wasn't to bad, however my family went there on a Satuerday about 9PM and got a back booth. The service was slow and we got to watch a guy mop the floor all around us and he wanted to mop under our table as we ate. Sorry but there are to many other places to waste an evening out here.
