Since the store no longer allows the greeting of MERRY CHRISTMAS but honors the muslim towelheads I will no longer be spending my $$ at any bestbuy.

Today is January 2, 2008. I received a cd player and speakers purchased at the Wooster store as a Christmas gift. I have made 6 phone calls to the store this evening, starting at 4:30p. I've been put on hold, hung up on and have received the response "oh, THEY haven't picked up yet?" Each phone call I've made has taken 20 plus minutes. If you expect after market service from this store forget about it. The only reason this Wooster store gets any positive electronic review is because it's the only game in town. Why try harder if you are only competing against yourself. Best Buy Wooster might have the movies you want, but if you expect service even if you pay for it, don't. Find the high school kid down the block, he or she will be happy for the "geek" work!

OK store if you know what you want, don't expect much for customer assistance and every time I've called no one ever answers the phone, you gotta dial ex 2180 to speak to loss prevention (the guy in front) and ask him for customer service. 4 stars on inventory (its a smaller store) and 0 stars on service.
