User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsExcellent Steaks/Still family owned and unique: Its great to find a great restaurant that isnt one of the generic chains. The local flavor of Canton doesnt get much better than Sparta. Great steaks and food in general, excellent service, friendly atmosphere. Do try the twice baked potato and the greek salad.
