User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsI went in when they weren't very busy. The woman was very nice to me, but wouldn't let me try on some of the dresses I wanted to. I wanted to try on some dresses that weren't color coded, but she wouldn't let me. She insisted with all her might that I try on the color dresses and tried pressuring me into buying everything right then and there because they would all be gone by the end of the month for the new stuff. I went back not too long ago and they still had the same stuff. I am gonna buy my shoes probably through them, though. They have good deals on 'em.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI would NEVER recommend anyone go to David's Bridal EVER! I purchased my wedding gown, my shoes, my bra, and my slip all from David's bridal. They ordered the wrong size shoes and slip. They DO NOT do returns exchanges or REFUNDS! Turns out when I took my dress to my seamstress, i didn't even NEED my slip. The sales lady never even told me that. So now I am stuck with a shoes i can not wear and a slip i can't wear either. that's over 120 dollars worth of merchandise i can not use or get my money back on. They were rude, pushy, and very impatient. They only wanted to help the bigger parties and if you are bigger than a size 16 forget having a lot of dresses to choose from. My suggestion, go to Alfred Angelo. They have an awesome selection of gowns for the SAME PRICES as David's Bridal.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI just bought my bridal gown at davids bridal! The store was very busy and I didn't have an appointmen-- still I was treated so well by everyone! The service was absolutely outstanding and the manager, Bilge, seemed to know what would look amazing on me even when I didn't! I was helped by Gayle and Valerie and they were so patient and kind as I tried on every gown in the store! I have gone to most bridal shops in northeast Ohio and would hands-down recommend david's! I never felt pressured, the gowns are beautiful and readily available, and the prices can't be beat! Thank you for helping me find my dream gown!!!!!
